The integrated-lead technology is also available in a harness. Both the Dog Control collar and harness are made from a thick, sturdy nylon. The collar is also offered in rugged leather. Nylon collars range in size from Small to XL while harnesses and leather collars come in Medium to XL. All are adjustable to ensure just the right fit. Nylon collars and harnesses come in black.

Dog Control leashes are another innovative part of Petmate's Dog Control system. Designed for use with the collar or the harness, they combine durability, versatility and safety. Constructed from heavy-duty nylon with durable stainless steel clasps, the leashes are built to last for years. The six-foot Dog Control leashes are available in narrow and wide widths while the shorter City leash comes in the wider width only. All the leashes adjust to multiple lengths so owners can find the right length for any situation. The leashes feature a patented, padded grip which ensures greater comfort and contains a unique safety feature: a canine seatbelt.

Tucked away in the padded comfort grip of each leash is a universal seatbelt attachment that can be inserted into most car seatbelt receivers. When coupled with the Dog Control harness, the seatbelt attachment provides an important dog restraint in a moving vehicle and eliminates distracting canine behavior - making travel safer for everyone. The seatbelt option can also be used with the Dog Control collar to restrain a dog in a stationary car. This combination keeps the dog from wandering around inside the vehicle and reduces distractions.
